1. Eligibility and Account Use

You may use Daxley only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for maintaining accurate profile information and for activity that occurs through your use of the app.

2. License to Use the App

Subject to these terms, Daxley grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial use on Apple-authorized devices.

3. Community Content

Daxley is intended for lawful sharing and discovery of cheerleading-related videos and profile content.

• You are responsible for the videos, captions, profile images, and other content you provide.
• You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and share your content.
• You may not post content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, sexually explicit, hateful, misleading, or otherwise objectionable.
• You may not use the app to harass, impersonate, or harm other people.

4. Content License to Daxley

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting content through the app, you grant Daxley a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content solely for operating, maintaining, and improving the app experience.

5. Safety, Reporting, and Enforcement

We may review reports, limit visibility of content, block abusive activity, or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, or comply with legal obligations.

6. Coins and In-App Purchases

• Daxley offers virtual coins through Apple's in-app purchase system.
• Coins may be used for supported in-app actions such as publishing videos.
• All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's payment terms.
• Except where required by law or Apple's policies, virtual items are non-refundable, have no cash value, and are not redeemable outside the app.

7. Privacy

Your use of the app is also subject to the Daxley Privacy Policy, available at Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The app, including its software, design, branding, and other original materials, is owned by Daxley or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the app, or create risk for users, the platform, or the business. You may also delete your account using available in-app controls.

10. Disclaimers

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that all content will always be accurate, complete, or available.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daxley will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the app.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.
